One of the most controversial questions in all of history is “Is Taylor Swift enjoyable?” In this article I interviewed a huge swifty, a neutral person, and a Swift hater. I asked all of them a series of questions to see what’s going on in their minds.
What makes you hate/love Taylor Swift? (ex: her voice, her age, her songs)
Hater: the fact that all her songs are just 15 seconds repeated over and over with a bad back drop and her voice is squeaky.
Neutral: I hate that she’s overrated.
Swiftie: The diversity in her music and her voice, as a person she values her fans.
What is your favorite/least favorite song of hers?
Hater: “Bad blood”, because it’s just “baby we got bad blood” for three minutes, it makes me want to jump off a building.
Neutral: I like “Folklore”, and “Mastermind.”
Swiftie: “Who’s Afraid of Little old me”, “You’re losing me”, the “Tortured Poets Department.”
When was the first time you heard of Taylor Swift? Did you immediately love/hate her? Hater: It was 2 years ago, and it was immediate hate.
Neutral: The first time I heard her was around grade 2 during hip hop warm ups, I didn’t really pay attention to it.
Swiftie: It was around 4th grade and right away I liked her music.
Did Taylor Swift’s popularity these past few years make you love/hate her more?
Hater: It made me hate her more because I had to listen to her more.
Neural: It made me hate her more
Swiftie: I found out about her when she was popular but I think she deserves it.
If you could meet her, what would you say? (you have to meet her)
Hater: DIE!
Neutral: Hi
Swiftie: OMG I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!
In your opinion, what makes Taylor Swift so famous?
Hater: How everyone likes her music.
Neutral: I think everyone obsessed with her and, people are going to like her for a few more years and then they will forget about her
Switie: How she’s so relatable and fun and feels good songs. And how good her concert was.
Do you love/hate Taylor Swift or her music?
Hater: I hate both.
Neural: I’m neutral about both.
Swiftie: I love both.
In conclusion, if we could learn anything from this interview its that Taylor swift lovers and haters feel very strongly about their opinions and never turn down a chance to tell everyone what they think of Taylor Swift.
